Israel's temple-service, which was based essentially on the covenant of God established at Sinai, no longer has any validity whatsoever before God.

The Officers  
 
All alcoholic drinks are prohibited on pain of death, during their service, for they are teachers of God's Word (Leviticus 10:8-11).
They are to be holy and without disease or defect because they offer the "food" of God (Leviticus 21:6).

      Every male over twenty years who had no deformity or disease.  
     
     
    The Service  
      The blood of the Offerings was not to be burnt on the Altar, but splashed against its four sides.
    The ash from the Altar and placed on the East side to be removed to a clean place outside. (Lev.6:10-11).
    The fire on the Altar must never be allowed to go out. (Lev.6:12-13).
    Five basic forms of Offering were prescribed by God 
     
      Burnt Offering  
     
    Of Cattle
     
     
    Of Sheep or Goats
     
      Slaughter it at the north side of the Altar (Lev.1:11).  
     
    Of Doves or Young Pigeons
     
      The crop with its contents is to be removed and thrown to the east of the Altar where the ashes are (Lev.1:16).  
      Grain Offering  
      Composed of fine flour, olive oil, and incense, and flavoured with salt (Lev.2:13).
    It must not contain any yeast or honey (Lev.2:11).
    A handful is to be burnt up upon the Altar to the Lord
     
      Fellowship Offering  
      Fat and kidneys to be burnt as an offering to the Lord

    The Later Festivals  
     
    "These are the Lord's appointed feasts, which you are to proclaim as sacred assemblies for bringing offerings made to the Lord by fire – the burnt offerings and grain offerings, sacrifices and drink offerings required for each day.
    These offerings are in addition to those for the Lord's Sabbaths and in addition to your gifts and whatever you have vowed and all the freewill offerings you give to the Lord."
    (Lev. 23:37-38).
    Days 14-15 of Twelfth Month (Adar)
    Purim
    Days of feasting and gladness and sending gifts to one another to celebrate the deliverance from genocide in the days of Esther and Mordecai.
    First Month (Abib / Nisan)
    Passover (Pesach) (Exodus 12:1-27, 43-49; Deuteronomy 16:1-7)
    From twilight on the 14th day of the First Month until dawn on the 15th day.
    A year old sheep or goat is to be roasted and completely eaten in family groups. The meal continues in a vigil until dawn.
    In view of the volume of worshippers in Jerusalem from the Diaspora the day of sacrifice was extended to the night of the 15th.
    Unleavened Bread (Exodus 12:14-20; Deut. 16:8, 16-17)
    From dawn on the 15th day of the First Month until the 21st day of the month inclusive. 
    No yeast is to be used or kept during this time in commemoration of the haste with which Israel left Egypt. The first and last days (15th & 21st) are festival days of no manual labour and of special offerings

    Sevens (Shavuot) Pentecost (Deut. 16:9-12, 16-17)
    After seven-times-seven days (49) the next day (50th) is a special day, in which two barley loaves as wave offering
     
     
     
    Seventh Month (Ethanim)
    Trumpets
    First day of the month is a  day of rest. Present an offering to the Lord made by fire.
    Atonement (Kippur)
    The tenth day of the month is a day of rest and fasting, from the evening of the 9th to the following evening.
    Booths (Succot) (Deut. 16:13-17)
    From the 15th day of the month, for seven days, present burnt offerings to the Lord. The first and eighth days are scared assemblies on which no work is to be done.
    During this week Israel is to live under branch booths. (Every seventh year this feast is the feast of the public reading of the Law - Deut.31:10-13).
     
     
    Day 25 Eleventh Month (Kislev)
    Chanukah
    Eight days celebration of the cleansing of the Jerusalem Sanctuary and the provision of sacred oil for the Sanctuary lights by Judas Maccabeus
     
    This temple in which the Antichrist will exhibit himself as god-incarnate
    will be completely destroyed in the earthquake which God uses to split the Mount of Olives, raise Jerusalem, and flatten all other mountains of Palestine.
    (Zechariah 14:4, 10, etc.)
