Her Heart's Unknowing
‘Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’.
This mystery is profound, and I am saying that it refers to Christ and the Church.

EPHESIANS 5:31-32 REVELATION 21:9.

Words which came by His Spirit:
line
           She is His own . . .

Elect in Christ before all
to be the fullness of Him
who fills all in all.
Ephesians 1:4, 23.

Anticipated before all things, she is the reason for everything!
All Her joys are in His affections; His love – the source of Her delights.
I wondered how He loved Her, and found the secret in Her heart's unknowing.

She was His Bride – the long-desired one; the place of His indwelling life.
She staggered – unthinking, at His sure repose;
Yet, held in His calm embrace,
She sought and found the solace of His pure ungendered love.
Jesus said:
“I know My own
and My own know Me,
just as
the Father knows Me
and I know the Father”

John 10:15.

How She loved Him! How She knew Him!
Not by words, or the mind's descriptive lines, but by the deep unknowing of Her heart's happy hold.
She lay where He had placed Her, in His heart's embrace – at home.
No pain, no lie, no gain, could slow or still the call of this:
  His Name.

Christ IN you
the hope of Glory
Colossians 1:27.
She bore His love – His life – within Her, Treasured in Her womb of sacred trust.
His growing life within made Her weep with joy,
As the strengthening touch of His nearness drew Her in;
Nearer than the knowing could tell – closer than the Coming could bring!

The Spirit of Truth,
He is the Church's
assurance of the future
which comes in Christ.
‘Hope’ of all His promise – ‘Treasure’ of the time to come,
She carried truth as His diadem upon Her life.
Anticipating – with such yearning thoughts,
The turning of the times to bring Her name to His.

(name = nature / character)   Loosing the ties that hindered Him in Her – from being His own Name,
She stooped – and understood the wholeness of His love's unlimiting owning!
Truly, She is His Own  –
humility is a primary key
to spiritual

understanding

When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with the humble is wisdom.
PROVERBS 11:2.
“Hear, O daughter, and consider, and incline your ear:
forget your people and your father's house, and the King will desire your beauty.
Since He is your Lord, bow to Him.”
